I have been out of work for a year I have 20 years of customer service experience mainly in call center and grew tired of the call center life interested in Healthcare not sure if it is my resume that isnt helping me with receiving may calls at a stand still.

   I’m going to assume that you had someone else proofread your resume before you sent it out since you don’t appear to grasp the whole punctuation concept, which makes anything you write virtually impossible to read and comprehend.

   Twenty years of customer service is very valuable in a lot of industries, including health care. Have you considered starting in a call center for a major insurance provider and trying to work your way up to another position? Or would you be happier dealing with customers face-to-face?

   With a resume that doesn’t have a lot of variety, try including a glowing reference letter from your previous employer to show how dedicated you were.

   Have you tried working with a job recruiter before? You might consider that. Just stay away from any that charge up front for their services because that’s not the way it’s supposed to work (the employers seeking new hires pay the recruiters to suggest people; the job seekers do not pay).
